Xrossworld is based in Los Angeles, California.
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to privacy@xrossworld.ai.
This Privacy Notice applies to personal information Xrossworld processes in connection with the Services, including information relating to:
Separate agreements may apply to an Organization, campaign, creator relationship, third-party account connection, or other particular activity. Those agreements may contain additional data terms.
The information Xrossworld collects depends on how a person interacts with the Services.
We may collect:
When you use the Services, we may automatically receive information such as:

Depending on the relevant workflow, Xrossworld may process creator-related information such as:
Not all creator information has the same provenance.
Where the Services identify information as Verified, that designation generally reflects a creator-authorized, connected, or otherwise verified source represented by the applicable Xrossworld workflow.
Public, self-reported, estimated, or derived information may be separately identified and should not be treated as equivalent merely because it appears alongside Verified information.
Xrossworld may receive creator email addresses, telephone numbers, or other direct contact information for account administration, creator operations, contracting, support, or other authorized purposes.
Xrossworld treats creator identity and direct creator contact information as separate product permissions.
A creator’s email address or telephone number is not ordinary Buyer-facing marketplace discovery information merely because Xrossworld possesses it.
Xrossworld does not disclose creator email or telephone information to Buyers through ordinary marketplace discovery solely because the information exists in Xrossworld systems.
Contact visibility may differ where the creator authorizes it, an applicable transaction requires it, another permitted workflow applies, or disclosure is otherwise permitted by law and applicable agreements.
Xrossworld may maintain records associated with account and commercial workflows, including:
Executed or signed agreement PDFs may contain names, email addresses, signatures, addresses, or other personal information.
Xrossworld maintains such documents as legal and operational records. Personal information appearing in an executed agreement does not become marketplace discovery data merely because it appears in the agreement.

This Privacy Notice does not itself create broader rights for Xrossworld to use Organization, creator, campaign, or third-party platform information beyond the rights otherwise available under applicable law, authorization, and agreements.
Xrossworld is designed so that possession of information does not automatically mean every marketplace participant can see it.
Visibility may depend on:
Xrossworld may use or display audience-level aggregate demographic information to support creator-media evaluation and measurement.
Ordinary Buyer marketplace functionality is not intended to identify individual members of a creator’s audience from aggregate demographic information.
Xrossworld’s marketplace is designed to support communications through Xrossworld workflows.
Protecting direct creator contact information helps Xrossworld maintain appropriate permissions and limits unnecessary disclosure of personal information.
Xrossworld may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
We may make information available to creators, Buyers, Organization users, representatives, or other marketplace participants where appropriate for the applicable workflow and subject to role and permission controls.
The information visible to one user may differ from the information visible to another.

Some third-party service providers may collect device or usage information through technology embedded in the Services when providing analytics, security, authentication, or similar functionality to Xrossworld.
Your browser or device may permit you to control some cookies.

Where applicable law requires Xrossworld to recognize a supported opt-out preference signal or similar mechanism, Xrossworld will process the signal as required by applicable law.
If Xrossworld deploys technologies for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising in circumstances requiring additional notice or choice, Xrossworld will provide the applicable disclosures and controls.

Xrossworld uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and the Services.
Among other things, Xrossworld’s product architecture uses roles and permissions to limit access to information.
No internet service or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
