Xrossworld is operated by Leben & Cerne Corporation d/b/a Xrossworld, a Delaware corporation.
Xrossworld is designed to make creator-media buying more transparent while keeping commercial authority, personal information, and private transaction records appropriately separated.
This page explains that structure in plain English. The binding policies are our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and, where applicable, separate agreements entered into by Xrossworld and its customers, creators, or other partners.
Creating a Xrossworld account does not, by itself, enter your agency, brand, employer, or other organization into a commercial agreement with Xrossworld.
Individual users accept the Xrossworld Terms of Use for their own use of the website and platform.
Organization-level commercial agreements use a separate contracting workflow and may require action by a person with appropriate signatory authority.
A user's product role and a person's authority to sign a commercial agreement are not treated as the same thing.
Xrossworld may work with creator information from different sources.
Information identified as Verified is distinguished from information that is public, self-reported, estimated, derived, or otherwise not obtained through the applicable verified workflow.
For example, Verified creator information may be obtained through a creator-authorized connection to a social platform or other permitted source.
“Verified” describes the source or verification state of information. It is not a guarantee of future creator or campaign performance.
Xrossworld may use audience-level aggregate demographic information to help Buyers evaluate creator media.
Ordinary marketplace use is not designed to expose the identities or direct contact information of individual audience members.
A creator's marketplace identity and a creator's private contact information are not treated as the same permission.
Xrossworld may need creator email addresses or telephone numbers for account administration, creator operations, contracting, support, or other authorized purposes.
That does not make those details ordinary Buyer-facing discovery data.
Xrossworld's marketplace is designed so creator email addresses and telephone numbers are not disclosed to Buyers through ordinary marketplace discovery simply because Xrossworld possesses them.
Where possible, marketplace communications are intended to remain within Xrossworld workflows.
Xrossworld uses role- and permission-based access to help determine what a user can see and do.
Information visibility may depend on the user's organization, role, campaign, transaction status, creator authorization, and applicable agreement.
Possessing information in one part of the Xrossworld system does not automatically make it available everywhere else.
Customer commercial terms, campaign authorizations, creator purchases, change orders, and related transaction records belong in authenticated workflows rather than on the public website.
Executed agreements may contain personal information.
Xrossworld does not treat personal information found inside a signed agreement PDF as marketplace discovery data merely because the information appears in the document.
Xrossworld uses electronic agreement workflows.
For agreements requiring affirmative acceptance, Xrossworld is designed to preserve evidence such as the applicable agreement version, the user taking the action, and the date and time of acceptance.
Different agreements may require different authority.
An individual's acceptance of the Terms of Use does not substitute for an authorized Organization signatory's acceptance of an Agency commercial agreement.
Xrossworld's Privacy Notice explains the categories of information we collect, why we use them, how information may be disclosed, and applicable privacy choices.
Xrossworld uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the Services and uses product roles and permissions to limit access.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
